Our Mission Statement:
is responsible for the orderly strategic planning for present and future facilities needs for the University and provides feasibility planning, project programming, and updates the University's annual capital request to the Board of Regents.
This is accomplished through continuous studies of the physical needs of the University and coordination of the planning and programming of physical facilities.
Present and future facility needs are determined by working closely with the various instructional and administrative departments of the University.
The Unit assembles all requests and analyzes all plans for the expansion of facilities and other changes which affect the exterior appearance of the campus.
This unit is also responsible for the lease or rental of off-campus property and for property acquisitions.
