Helpful Tips

When calling the CCC to place a Work Request, please have readily available the following:

 

  • Department Name

 

  • Person's Name submitting the request

 

  • Contact Telephone Number

 

  • Description of the Problem

 

  • The Location of the Problem including Building and Room Location

 

When submitting Move Requests, please be sure to indicate the following:

 

  • Name

 

  • Telephone Number

 

  • Department Name

 

  • Description of items to be moved

 

  • Location From and To which the items are being moved

 

  • GSU numbers for decaled items and/or items greater than $1,000

 

When submitting Facility Modification Requests, please be sure to indicate the following:

 

  • Names

 

  • Phone Numbers

 

  • Contact E-mail Address

 

  • Modification Description
