Our Mission Statement:


The Mission of the Customer Communications Center (CCC) is to support Facilities Management Services (FMS), Maintenance and Operations (M&O), and Building Services (BS) in their mission to sustain the University facilities in a safe manner for teaching, learning and research.  The Unit generates service work request information for FMS units.  The Unit surveys M&O customers after work orders are completed and captures data for historical records.


The Customer Communications Center (CCC) is the group within the Facilities Management Services Division that is responsible for:


  • Receiving and entering work requests for internal and external customers.

 

  • Coordinating and monitoring schedules for Campus Moves.

 

  • Coordinating schedules for Preventive Maintenance.

 

  • Receiving and entering Facility Modification Requests.

 

  • Monitoring open work requests for timely completion and tracking customer satisfaction.

 

 

Transportation unit

 

The transportation unit of the CCC is responsible for the maintenance and assignment of the Facilities Management Services Division vehicles.
